Configuring SolusVM VServer Management Billing Estimated Reading Time: 1 Minutes The SolusVM VServer Management service module automatically creates and manages SolusVM virtual machines. In order to begin billing for this service, you need to configure Ubersmith. Once all the necessary pieces have been configured, any current or new service based on the service plan will be ready. The configuration steps are as follows: Create a generic SolusVM VServer managment service plan Configure your SolusVM Host device to facilitate creating virtual machines Add the SolusVM VServer Management service module to your service plan. Configure the service module. Create a SolusVM VServer management billing service Configure the service plan with the service module fields. Associate your SolusVM Host device to your service Configuring the Service Module In the Host Device ID field, your SolusVM master device’s ID.The remaining fields for the SolusVM VServer Management service module display. In the SolusVM Plan field, select the type of plan you use. In the SolusVM Node field, select localhost or a specific node. In the Solus VM Type field, select openvz, xen, xen hvm, or kvm. In the SolusVM Template field, select the appropriate template for the service plan. In the SolusVM IPs field, select the number of IPs to make available. In the On Service Suspension field, select Disable VM or Do Nothing. In the Service Unsuspension field, select Enable VM or Do Nothing. In the On Service Cancellation field, select Disable VM, Destroy VM, or Do Nothing. In the On Service Reactivation field, select Enable VM or Do Nothing.
