Configuring the Service Module

1. In the Approaching Threshold field, select 2%, 5%, 10% or 20%. 
2. In the From Address field, enter the email address from which the notification will be sent.
3. In the Overage Email Subject field, enter the subject of the email your clients will receive if they have gone over their allotted bandwidth.
4. In the Overage Email Body field, enter the text that will be sent in the body of the message if they have gone over their allotted bandwidth.
5. In the Approaching Overage Email Subject, enter the subject of the email your clients will receive if they are close to going over their allotted bandwidth.
6. In the Approaching Overage Email Body, enter the text that will be sent in the body of the message if they are close to going over their allotted bandwidth.
7. Click Show Variables to display a list of Ubersmith’s system variables you can use to personalize your emails.
