Client Service Agreements Estimated Reading Time: 1 Minutes A client's record can hold its own signed master service agreements (MSAs), separate from any MSA attached to a specific quote. This is where you record that a client has signed an agreement directly — for example, a paper agreement signed outside the quoting process. {% callout type="note" %} There's no menu link to this screen from a client's profile or the client-context menu (Client Profile, Account Mgmt, Comments, Reports, Devices & IPs, Sales). Reach it with a direct URL: /admin/salesmgr/client_list_msas.php?client_id=<id>. {% /callout %} Viewing a Client's Service Agreements Open client_list_msas.php for the client. The list shows each agreement's ID, Name, Status, Signed date, Signer, IP Address, Expiration, Default Term, Auto Renews, Renew Term, Expires after service cancellation, and a link to its PDF. Recording a New Service Agreement There's no Add link on the list. Open popup_client_msa.php?client_id=<id> directly instead. Set MSA to your instance's default agreement, another configured agreement, or Custom MSA. If you chose Custom MSA, enter a Name, Term, Auto Renew, Renewal Term, Expires after service cancellation, and upload a PDF. (See Adding Service Agreements for what each of those fields does.) In Signed, confirm or change the signing date and time. It defaults to now. Enter the Signer name and the IP Address the agreement was signed from. Set Expires, if the agreement has an end date. Click Save. Editing a Client's Service Agreement Click edit in the agreement's row. The Edit form has the same fields as adding one, pre-filled with the existing Signed, Signer, IP Address, and Expires values.
