Viewing Sales Opportunities Estimated Reading Time: 1 Minutes An opportunity tracks a potential sale for a lead or client. This article covers viewing opportunities — browsing the list, filtering it, and reading an individual opportunity's details. Browsing Opportunities Click Sales in the left sidebar to see the Open Opportunities panel on the Sales landing page, or click see full list to see every opportunity. Use the Filter dropdown to narrow the list by Assigned To, Sales Stage, Value, or Updated (since a date). On a client's own opportunities list (reached from that client's Sales menu), the Filter dropdown also offers Status, defaulting to O/W/L (Open, Won, and Lost combined); you can narrow it further to Open, Won, Lost, or Canceled. The list shows each opportunity's ID, Lead/Client, Name, Stage, Value, Expected Close date, Updated date, and Owner, plus edit and details actions. Viewing an Individual Opportunity Click an opportunity's ID or Name to open it. Opportunity Information shows Name, Owner, Status, Type, Stage, Created, Updated, Last Action, Next Step, Expected Closure Date, Expected Closure Percent, and Expected Value. Below it, Description holds free-text notes about the opportunity. Contact shows the associated contact's name, email, and phone. Opportunity Stream lists a timeline of activity on the opportunity, such as when it was created or its stage changed; click view all to see the full history. Further down the page, Tickets, Comments, Orders, and Quotes list any support tickets, internal comments, orders, and quotes linked to the opportunity. Note: See Managing Opportunities for how to edit an opportunity or add tickets, comments, and quotes from this page.
