Viewing Sales Quotes Estimated Reading Time: 2 Minutes A quote can start from a sales opportunity and, once a client signs it, becomes an order. This article covers viewing quotes — browsing the quote list, checking quotes waiting for approval, and reading an individual quote's details. Browsing Quotes Click Sales in the left sidebar, then View All Quotes under I Want To…, to see every quote. Use the Status filter (All, Draft, Waiting Approval, Open, Persistent, Signed, Cancelled) and the Owner filter to narrow the list. The list shows each quote's ID, Name, Status, Updated date, Owner, MRR, NRR, and Order ID (populated once the quote is signed and becomes an order). Each row also has view contract (only active once signed), preview, edit, and duplicate actions. Note: A quote's status can also show as Expired when it's Open or Persistent and its Expires date has passed, even though Expired isn't one of the Status filter options. Quotes Pending Approval Click Sales in the left sidebar, then View Quote Approval Queue under I Want To…, to see the Quote Approval Queue — quotes waiting for approval before a client can sign them. This list only shows one status (Waiting Approval), so it has an Owner filter but no Status filter, and its columns skip Status: ID, Name, Updated, Owner, MRR, NRR, Actions. Viewing an Individual Quote Click a quote's name (from either list) to open it. Quote Details Shows Name, Owner, Contact, Status, Created, Updated, Term, Expires, Order Queue, and Notes. Note: The client link next to Status doesn't open the client's account — it opens the same public page the client uses to review and sign the quote (a rendered quote document plus their contact-info and approval form), in a new tab. Use it to preview exactly what the client sees. Actions Always available: Email to Client and Cancel Quote. Before the quote is signed, this panel also shows Add Signed Contract. Once approved, this panel shows Approved by [name]. Contract Details Appears only after the quote is signed (the page title also changes to View Contract). Shows Signed date/time, Signer, IP Address, and a link to the resulting Order. Attachments and Service Agreement Attachments lists any files attached to the quote (for example a signed contract PDF). Service Agreement shows the Master Service Agreement applied to the quote, if any, with a link to its PDF. Services Lists each line item: ID, Description, Service Plan, Opportunity (the sales opportunity the line item came from, if any), Qty, Price, Discount, Total, Setup Price, Setup Discount, Setup Total, Code, and Tax. Below the services table, Service Total, Setup Total, Tax Total, and Grand Total summarize the whole quote. A Comments section below that shows any comments added to the quote.
