Managing Service Agreements Estimated Reading Time: 1 Minutes Once a service agreement exists, you can view its PDF, filter the list by status, edit it, or delete it from the Service Agreements page (Settings > Sales & Orders > Service Agreements). Viewing a Service Agreement PDF Click the PDF file name in the agreement's row to open it in a new tab. Filtering by Status Use the dropdown at the top of the page to switch between Active and Deleted service agreements. Editing a Service Agreement Click edit in the agreement's row. Change any field. Click Save. Note: Once a service agreement is set as Default, the Default checkbox is locked on. Remove the default from another agreement first if you need to change which one is the default. Deleting a Service Agreement Click delete in the agreement's row. Click Yes on the "Are you sure you want to delete this service agreement?" confirmation.
