You can change the ticket title and send the updated ticket to others.


  1. Access the Support Manager.
  2. View the ticket.
  3. Click Edit.

    The Edit Ticket page appears.
  4. Change the ticket subject, Author, and add any new email addresses in the CC and BCC fields.
  5. Click Save.
