You can view your client’s OnApp usage. Usage is calculated at the end of the service period when the service renews. The dollar value for that period is reported by OnApp and then set as the price of the service. The default usage displays a summary that corresponds to the current billing period. You can also access more details.

 

  1. Access the Service Details page.
  2. In the OnApp Billing section, an OnApp summary displays by default.
  3. In the Renewal Period field, select either Current to display the current usage data or Previous to view past usage.
  4. Click View Details to display OnApp usage details.
  5. Click Cancel to close the OnApp Usage Details page.
