Once you have created ticket types, you can perform various actions on them.

 

Editing Ticket Types

Access the Ticket Types page.

From the ticket type’s row, click edit. The Edit Ticket Type page appears.

Make any necessary changes.

Click Save.

Deleting Ticket Types

Access the Ticket Types page.

From the ticket type’s row, click delete. A confirmation message appears.

Click Yes.

Reordering Support Departments

Access the Ticket Types page.

Click and drag the ticket types to move that item up or down the list.
