Describe when someone would need this information. For example "when connecting to wi-fi for the first time".
There are two locations within Ubersmith where you can add a new client:

The Add Client page appears.
On the Contact tab, perform the following:
In the First Name field, enter the client's first name.
In the Last Name field, enter the client's last or family name.
In the Company field, enter the client's associated company.
In the Address field, enter the client's street address.
In the City field, enter the city in which the client resides.
In the State field, select the state or province in which the client resides.
In the Zip field, enter the client's ZIP or postal code.
In the Country/Territory field, enter the client's country or territory.
In the Phone field, enter the client's telephone number.
In the Fax field, enter the client's fax number.
In the Email field, enter the client's primary email address.
This address will be used for all correspondence within the system, unless additional authorized contacts are present. In that case, the authorized contacts may receive messages from the system as well.
In the Language field, select the client's preferred language.

On the Billing/Invoicing tab, perform the following:
In the Default Discount Level field, enter the discount amount to automatically apply to any new services for the client.
This can be used for resellers and preferred referrals and can be changed before or after adding a service.
In the Brand field, select the brand the client should be listed under.
If you don't have more than one brand, this field is hidden.
In the Invoice Send Date field, set the day of the month your monthly invoice will be sent.
In the Invoice Due Dates Determined By field, select either Grace Period or Static Due Date.
The Invoice Grace Period sets a range of days the invoice can be paid before payment is late.
The Static Due Date sets the date the payment is due each month.
In the Invoice Charge Date field, select Immediately, After <number> of days, or On Invoice Due Date.
Immediately charges the client's card as the invoice is generated.
After <number> of days charges the client's card on the date you set.
Invoice Due Date charges the client's card on the date the invoice is due.
In the Retry Failed CC Charges Every field, set the number of days a failed credit card transaction will be retried.
In the Late Fee Schedule field, select a late-fee schedule to charge the client if they do not pay their invoices on time.

On the Account Info tab, perform the following:
In the Referred By field, enter the person who referred the client.
In the Account Manager field, select the person to be the client's account manager. Once set, this person will be assigned any support tickets received from the client.
In the Salesperson field, select the person that is the client's primary salesperson.
In the Default Ticket Priority field, select the default priority level for submitted support tickets.
