Associating a ticket with a client assigns the ticket to a client and will display in the client’s ticket list. You can also remove any assigned tickets from clients if it was improperly associated.
- Access the Support Manager.
- View the ticket.
- Click the Associate With Company link.

The Associate Ticket page appears. - In the Search field, select the search criteria.
- In the For field, enter the appropriate information for the select search criteria, such as name of client when Client is select.
- Click the Search button.
- In the Search Results section, select the appropriate result.
- Click Associate Ticket.
