- Use the file `class.registrar_example.php` from https://github.com/TeamUbersmith/registrars as a guide to develop your implementation.
- Your custom registrar file name must keep the `class.registrar_` prefix, and similarly, your class name must have the `registrar_` prefix.
- Please keep the string returned by the name() method (the name of your registrar) to a maximum of 20 characters.
Installation
- Once completed place your file in the folder `/usr/local/ubersmith/app/custom/include/registrar/`
- Restart the `web` container for the change to take effect.
- Navigate to your admin portal domain registrar settings page `yourdomain.com/admin/config/config_registrar.php`
- Click on Configure New Registrar (if the link is not clickable, the file is not 'seen' by the system, restart your containers)
- Configure the details of your implementation and
- click 'Save'. See Complete the Configure New Registrar Page for details in Managing Domain Registrars and Top Level Domains
- After the initial save, your custom registrar should appear in the domain registrar list. You can always edit the registrar settings from here.
Assigning a TLD
- Before you can register domains using your custom Registrar, you need to assign at least one the top-level domain (TLD) to it. Adding Domain Registrars and Top Level Domains
