Managing Languages

Once you have added languages, you can perform various action on them.

Editing Languages

1. Access the Languages page.
2. From the language’s row, click edit.
   
   The Edit Language page appears.
3. Make any necessary changes.
4. Click Save. 
   

Activating Languages

Throughout the system, additional property fields will display when you have more than one language active language, so you can configure them for each language.

1. Access the Languages page.
2. From the language’s row, click edit.
   
   The Edit Language page appears.
3. In the Language status field, select Active.
4. Click Save.
   
5. Log out of Ubersmith.
6. Log into Ubersmith, selecting the language you want to display. 
   

Deactivating Languages

if you deactivate a language, any users currently using it will be reset to use the system default language.

1. Access the Languages page.
2. From the language’s row, click edit.
   
   The Edit Language page appears.
3. In the Language status field, select Inactive.
   
   A confirmation message appears.
4. Click Yes.
5. Click Save. 

Changing the Default Language

1. Access the Languages page.
2. From the language’s row, click edit.
   
   The Edit Language page appears.
3. Select the Is Default Language field.
4. Click Save.
