Configuring Power Circuit Billing

The Power Circuit Billing service module tracks power usage for a power circuit, which are different from PDUs and rebooters, during a configured power season.

In order to begin billing for this service, you need to configure Ubersmith. Once all the necessary pieces have been configured, any current or new service based on the service plan will be ready. The configuration steps are as follows:

1. Configure your power seasons.
2. Create a generic power circuit billing service plan.
3. Configure the Power Circuit device module.
4. Configure your power circuit device to track usage.
5. Add the Power Circuit Billing service module to your service plan.
6. Create a power circuit billing service.
7. Configure the service plan with the service module fields.
8. Associate your power circuit device to your service.
