Configuring Payment Gateway Templates Plugin

Ubersmith supports many payment gateways you can choose to work with, but if you have development resources, and would like to integrate with a gateway not already integrated within Ubersmith, you can use the Payment Gateway Template plugin. Use this plugin to add credit card, ACH, and IPN payment gateways not already supported by Ubersmith to one or more brands.

The configuration steps are as follows:

1. Enable the Payment Gateway Template plugin.
2. Configure the Payment Gateway Template plugin (below).
3. Configure the Payment Processing Options page (below).
4. Develop a new Payment Gateway to be used by the plugin.

Configuring the Payment Gateway Template Plugin

1. In the Brand section, click Add New Instance.
   

2. In the Brands field, select the brand you want to assign the payment gateway.

3. In the Configuration field, select Pass.

4. Click Save.
   

Configure the Payment Processing Options Page

Payment processing options define the specific payment gateways of your choosing to process payments. The following configurations select the payment gateway templates, so you can use a gateway not already available.

Complete the Credit Cards Section

1. Access the Payment Processing Options page.

2. In the Credit Card Gateway field, select Payments Gateway Template.

3. In the Accept CVV2 Codes field, select Yes to require the card’s CVV2 code to process payments.

4. Click Update.
   

Complete the ACH Accounts Section

1. Access the Payment Processing Options page.

2. In the ACH Gateway field, select Payments Gateway Template.

3. In the Mode file, select Pass.

4. Click Update.
   

Complete the Plugin Payments Gateways Section

1. Access the Payment Processing Options page.

2. Select the Enable field.

3. Click Update.
