Rate plans specify different pricing based on the service’s location or its associated contract term. For example, you can use a rate plan to provide a lower price for customers that sign a two year agreement, or a higher price for services that cost more depending on where it is located.

Access the Add Rate Plans Page

  1. From the Ubersmith Dashboard, click Settings.

    The Ubersmith Settings page appears.
  2.  From the Clients section, click Rate Plans.
    The Rate Plans page appears.
  3.  Click Add Rate Plan.

    The Add Rate Plan page appears.

Complete the Details tab

  1. In the Name field, enter the name of the rate plan.
  2. In the Description field, enter some information that describes your rate plan.
  3. In the Status field, select Active.
  4. Click the Terms tab.

Complete the Terms tab

  1.  In the Contract Terms field, select the applicable contract term. If no terms are selected, the rate will apply to all contract terms.

 Complete the Facilities tab

  1.  In the Facilities field, select the applicable facility. If no facility is selected, the rate will apply to all facilities.
  2. Click Save.

The Data tab provides a means for you to define a variable name and a value to store with the rate plan. This data can be used with the Ubersmith API to generate more in depth reports and order forms.
